I really enjoyed my stay, as it was a short walk to Jesmond Dene Park, offering beautiful nature trails and green spaces. It was easy to stroll to nearby restaurants on Osborne Road for a lovely dinner after a day of exploring the Great North Museum and local attractions.

The staff's kindness during our difficult time was remarkable, offering us tea and coffee without hesitation. The newly renovated bathroom was a delightful surprise, enhancing our comfort significantly.

Decent bathroom, modern features with a luxurious feel. Free parking available onsite, which is a rarity around here.

The hallways are dated and carry a distinct odor of stale cigarettes. Rooms show signs of wear, including creaky beds and an unusual banging noise at night, likely due to the wind or building structure. Internet speeds are frustratingly slow, and having to pay an additional deposit for key access felt unnecessary and confusing.

It was just a perfect match for a city break in Newcastle upon Tyne with good value for cost. The staff were extremely helpful when we lost a key, making our stay stress-free. Make sure to check the location as it's seconds from the main strip, very convenient!

Loved the spotless bathroom and fab shower! Plus, the Jesmond location was spot on for grabbing tasty bites nearby, like at the ace Saray Jesmond Turkish Grill House.

the location is super nice, close to cafes n restaurants, met some friendly staff who were very helpfull. the breakfast was a great surprise, way better than expected! really felt welcome there, comfy beds too!

the room was pretty dated and the bed was kinda hard, also heard a lot of noise from the hallway.

Super friendly stay

Had a really nice time! The triple room was super clean, and the bathroom was awesome with a fab shower. We decided to just hang out in the room after shopping all day and ordered food from the restaurant – it was delicious! Only thing was the lift was a bit slow at times.
